The content of the journal «Bulletin of Dulaty University» is based on direct open access: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge exchange. This makes it possible to read, download, distribute, print articles without hindrance and make use of them in research articles with reference to their full texts.

Users are allowed to freely use the article, if its author and literature are indicated, but can only use it for non-commercial purposes.
Author's rights
