The content of the journal «Bulletin of Dulaty University» is based on direct open access: free open access to research results contributes to an increase in global knowledge exchange. This makes it possible to read, download, distribute, print articles without hindrance and make use of them in research articles with reference to their full texts.

According to the Open Access policy, after publication all articles are freely available to readers immediately on the website.

User rights

Users are allowed to freely use the article, if its author and literature are indicated, but can only use it for non-commercial purposes.  

Author's rights

Authors retain copyright and grant the magazine the right to initial publication with a simultaneously licensed work under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing others to read, download, copy and distribute the work confirming the authorship of the work and the link to the publication in this journal for free.

The authors reserve the right to conclude individual contracts regarding the non-exclusive distribution of a version of the work published here (for example, placing it in the institution's vault, publishing it in a book) in a journal. Authors have the right to post their work on the Internet (for example, in the Institute repository or on a personal site) before and during the review process of this journal, as this can lead to a productive discussion and more links to this work.
